Who Can Vote?
The deadline to be owner of record is February 8, 2026
Only property owners may vote in the Trailer Estates Park and Recreation District election. You must be on the deed as an owner by February 8, 2026 to be eligible to vote in this election.

Two Ways to Vote
Vote by Mail
Voted ballots must be in the Manatee County Supervisor of Elections Office by 5 PM on March 9, 2026. You must request a Vote By Mail ballot to receive one. Visit this page for more information about Vote By Mail.
Election Day
March 10 | 12 pm to 8 PM
To vote in person on Election Day, you must vote in the polling place assigned to your precinct.

Canvassing Board Schedule
- March 4, 2026 – 9am Canvasing board meeting: – Logic and Accuracy test of the tabulating equipment, reporting software, and automated independent audit system. Immediately following, canvass of Vote By Mail Ballots
- March 10, 2026 – Election Day: Canvassing board will convene at 7:30PM
- March 13, 2026 – 11am Canvassing board meeting: Canvass of Provisional Ballots / Canvass Vote By Mail Ballots / Certification of Election Results;
- March 18, 2026 – 1pm Post-Election Certification Automated Independent Audit
Dates & Deadlines
- February 8, 2026 – Must be owner of record 30 days prior to election day
- February 26, 2026 – Last day to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot
- March 9, 2026 – Last day to return a Vote-by-Mail ballot. Must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections office by 5pm.
- March 10, 2026 – Election Day: Polls open 12pm to 8pm
- March 12, 2026 – 5pm Deadline to provide Provisional Documentation or VBM Cure affidavit
